Fundraising in York
Our thanks to volunteers and trustees of the Ashes Playing Field Trust who gave up their time to raise funds on Saturday March 13.
The APFT hired St Crux parish hall in the centre of York, selling donated bric-a-brac as well as serving food indoors.
A total of £1222.53 was taken on the day, with money raised going towards the park’s development fund.
The APFT will again be fundraising at St Crux on Tuesday October 11, so will be collecting bric-a-brac once more in the autumn.
