Car park to be resurfaced

Improvement work is due to start on the main car park at the Ashes, with resurfacing due to be completed in March 2020.

To prepare for this work, the car park will be closed from February 7 until 12noon on Monday February 17 to allow for vital maintenance, inspection and structural work.

The pay & display car park off Bridgegate will be unaffected by this work, with alternative street parking available on Treeton Road, Bridgegate and in the marketplace. There are also pay & display car parks by the large Co-Op.
